As Frame Atölye, we are obliged to process your personal data securely and lawfully under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK"). We would like to explain the reasons for which your data is collected, processed and transferred, and the rights you hold in this context.

1. Method and Purposes of Data Collection

Your personal data is collected directly through your own declaration via our website, our social media accounts, e-mail correspondence and similar digital channels.

This data is used on a limited basis for the following purposes:

Receiving and preparing orders,
Producing personalized products with the photos and texts you upload,
Responding to customer support requests,
Carrying out invoicing and delivery processes,
Sending campaigns and notifications,
Improving the quality of our service.

2. Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes stated above. Where necessary, it may be shared:

With the suppliers and business partners whose services we use,
With the relevant public authorities in cases of legal obligation,

and only for the purpose of carrying out these operations.

No data is transferred abroad. Under no circumstances is your personal data sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

3. Photos Uploaded for Personalized Products

The photos you upload when ordering personalized products, and the images of the people appearing in them, constitute personal data. As they are necessary for the performance of the sales contract concluded with you under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, these photos are processed solely for the purpose of producing the product in your order.

Your photos are used only in the production of your order; they are not used or published for any other purpose such as advertising, promotion or social media posts.
Your photos are not processed for facial recognition or any other biometric purpose.
Your photos are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after your order is delivered to you. This period is intended to allow the product to be reproduced in the event of a printing defect or a return request.
You can request the deletion of your photos before this period ends by contacting info@frameatolye.com. A deletion request made for an order whose production has not yet been completed may prevent the order from being produced.

When uploading photos in which other people appear, you must ensure that those people have consented to their photos being used for the production of the product.

4. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under the KVKK, by applying to Frame Atölye you have the right to:

Learn what data about you is being processed,
Learn for what purpose this data is used,
Request the correction of incompletely or inaccurately processed data,
Request the erasure/destruction of data within the legal framework,
Object to any adverse outcome arising against you as a result of analysis by automated systems.

Privacy and Security

As Frame Atölye, we request from you only the information necessary during the order process (name, address, telephone, e-mail, and the photos and texts you upload for personalized products). This data is used solely within the scope of order processing, delivery and customer service, and is never shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Your credit card details are transmitted directly to the bank over secure connections via the payment infrastructure provider companies; they are not stored by us and cannot be accessed by us.
